      This is my first time dealing with Shelbyc-12. It went smoothly up until waiting for shipment. It was raking some time and I reached out to him. Unfortunately he had no control over USPS, which they are late even Priority Mail. I finally received it after some time. To my surprise, Shelby tracked the package and was very proactive with it and refunded my shipment. That is above and beyond what I expected. He took accountability for someone else’s slack!
