The NAS was as described and the reviews for it were good. The only issue was that the unit was defective and the IP address could not be changed or the entire system factory reset. It was unfortunate because, as mentioned before, the reviews for this model were good. Also, the price was good too. I contacted seller for a return, and he promptly approved it. Sadly, I am shipping it back today.
