    Answered messages promptly. However the product was listed by the seller as brand new, never opened box. That was not true. When I opened the box there were two pieces of 'peanuts' in the train engine box that were clearly not put there by the manufacturer. So now I have no idea how used this engine is. I am not saying it is now new never used, but now I have no idea.

    I just now saw that. That part about being "unopened"and "brand new" that is what the Ai description puts in if that option is chosen, I don't use that anymore it's too vague. The engine's box had to be opened because I saw movement of the engine in it's box and I knew problems would arise during shipping. So I put the packing peanuts in to keep problems from happening.
