There was no packing material around the helmet to keep it from moving around in the plain cardboard box but the helmet was inside its factory cloth cover so there was no scratches or damage. The helmet arrived with all factory parts and paperwork and Bluetooth functions work perfectly so this was a good value being discounted for not having original packaging. JC Motors shipped the helmet promptly.
