I believe that the buyer should never have to pay for a lost package. I bought and paid for it immediately on the 23rd and nothing for a week. I messaged the seller many times but heard only once and it was no help. I told them if they refund me I would not give negative feedback and they chose not to do so. Had to buy another one. Hope this was worth $13.61!
