      There were problems with the shipper. My item was lost in transit. I had to contact seller twice for updates, as he apparently wasn't aware of the situation and there was no tracking. Once aware, he promptly issued a refund. He was very courteous and polite. I was just disappointed to not receive my item, but I believe he handled the transaction correctly.

      Seller was very prompt and courteous , I received it much quicker than I expected. Therewas a small issue with miscommunication, but the seller was very prompt to contact me and all was resolved. I have not used Valvoline restore and protect yet, but I have researched it, and I think it will be a good product to use in my higher mileage vehicle.
