After I opened the box I noticed the right arm rest had a screw that was not in flush and at and angel. Long story short the screw was stripped and fell out within 30 days. I emailed the seller 2x and they never responded. I requested a refund or a new arm rest. Also, a very long time after the delivery date. So, we are at a loss to understand.
