There was an obvious manufacturers defect which they had to see since they took the picture out of the packaging. When I contacted them, (I will note the 30 days had elapsed by the time they arrived and my contractor was able to install, but not by long). Seller would do nothing to try and make it right, did not even offer a store credit on a future purchase from them. Just not a good way to build repeat or new business.
