    These people are amazing! It was shipped within an hour of me ordering (around 2pm est) Then it arived the next day. THere was an issue so I called the company. Chris answered and we trouble shooted and found the problem to be the bulb. I took pics and sent them n and a replacement would be out in the mail today he said.     It's still boxed up and waiting for me to install. I appreciate the speed of replies to my questions. BTW, my current pump is a Sequence 1000 series. It's been working 24/7 for 21 years. It still works fine, but it's slowly getting more noisy. The new pump arrived within the stated timeframe and it was well packed as advertised.
