Very good customer relations. The only thing I wish I would have known is that the capsules don't come in the individual packaging. Their representative said this was for mainly shipping purposes. I understand that, but it makes it harder for me to store the unused ones. I would have ordered less if I had known beforehand. All in all, a good experience.
