They were all in "like new" condition as received. The packaging job was decent. Parts did have residual thermal compound on them which cleaned up easily with IPA, paper towels and a plastic trash bag twist tie to aid in scraping off the dried thermal compound residue without damaging the parts. Very good experience all around.
