This particular ATi Radeon 9800 Pro from the seller did have some issues, both physical and internal to the GPU (card is from 2003). The seller was very kind and quick to respond to messages about the issue and offered item replacement or refund of the card. I appreciate a seller who cares about their buyers and making sure their taken care of.

Screen was shattered and top light was destroyed. Probably could have been protected better for shipping. Contacted seller and parts to replace damaged ones were received in a week . Very pleased with sellers response to solve the problems. Installed the parts after receiving help from the sellers tech dept , really great service ! Slot machine is running perfect !
