The bumper comes with all the brackets, but you need the old bolts for the brackets including the ones back inside the bumper, we just put new ones in there as the old ones were junk. You will also need the plastic grommets for the license plate to screw into. Other than that the bumper sure looks great on the truck considering the factory one was mostly rusted.
