    I'm waiting for my previous purchase of another paper towel holder to stop working before I use this one, it’s a backup. This one is sturdier being made of steel. But don't get me wrong, the plastic holder I bought before either of these lasted me over 20 plus years. I might have to wait a long time before I use the metal towel holder, that is a comfortable luxury. The condition was what I expected and the value was more than reasonable. Thank you again.

    Good quality paper towel holder

    My husband wanted this for his shop. I had one already in my kitchen, and I love it because it holds the roll of towels very firmly. No matter how hard you pull to rip off a towel, the roll does not come off! Which is what happens with the cheap plastic type.

    Pictures can be deceiving

    It looks nice in the picture so I bought one. I was excited to get it I installed it I thought the paper towel would ride on the plastic balls . But instead the stainless steel frame rides on the cardboard roll and creates cardboard dust every time you get a paper towel out so I unmounted it and it is conveniently put in my trashcan. This was for my garage so I went to Walmart spent six dollars bought a cheap plastic one that works great.

    Nothing More Nothing Less

    Perfect for under counter install. Not for vertical orientation. Two screws and done. Flexible thin steel allows unit to be tweaked to size. Had to stretch a bit for large rolls. Hold is loose so use proper finesse when taring or it will spin. Not super duty build but it does not have to be.
