The bumper comes with brackets and hardware, which was convenient because my left bracket was messed up. I reused some original hardware and used some of thier hardware. You have to hold the bumper up with the 2 screws that go behind the bottom of the license plate and then slide the brackets in making sure you keep all bolts/nuts loose until they are all in place then final tighten. It is not the exact same bumper, but it looks it and that's all that matters.
