It could have said two 8-in speakers and I would have still bought it. It has two real tweeters and two fake tweeters. So it actually makes the box 5 in taller than it needs to be. I'm a little bit disappointed it sounds like it the bass doesn't go lower than 80 or 100Hertz. It does sound pretty good if you turn the bass all the way up and leave the trouble just in the middle. It may sound tinny if you don't. It is a fair price for what it

I put it by the pool and it sounds great, plenty loud and the lights display makes it exciting. There is one change I'd ask for and that's a place to put a different antenna. I live in a concrete house and it's hard for anything to get reception, but it does get the job done. I use bt anyway so bo biggie. Love it, easy to get up and going. Great product and excellent SELLER. Thank you.
