The first one the internal water pipes froze and burst. 100% my fault. I relocated the new one inside my hot tub room, so it should be fine and out of the elements... also ordered my mom one for her house. Works great. Supplies hot water when needed and doesn't get cold. I recommend getting really good D batteries and you won't have to change them but once every 3 months. Great product.

A small cap was missing, I told the seller and in a couple of days I had gotten it in my mailbox. Great customer service!!
