The first one the internal water pipes froze and burst. 100% my fault. I relocated the new one inside my hot tub room, so it should be fine and out of the elements... also ordered my mom one for her house. Works great. Supplies hot water when needed and doesn't get cold. I recommend getting really good D batteries and you won't have to change them but once every 3 months. Great product.

They don’t respond to my messages. I’m reporting them to eBay. They say they accept refunds but charge a 10% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back!! What? I was refunded by Allstate and the seller paid for the return shipping, I guess because the item wasn't as described.
