I've been a musician all my life, and I have also been listening to this set of speakers (Pioneer CS-F700) since 1980 w/the original 12" speakers, and later some Altec's, both awesome, but these things sound even better. The system now sounds super tight w/great clarity, and crazy bass. I was going to add a Sub....NO sub needed at all.
