Between the pillow and a memory foam mattress topper, once I lay on my back, I don't move. I was a bit worried when I got it because it is very light. Was afraid that it would crush easily. Happy to find out that it holds it's shape through the night. If I want to sleep on my side, I just put my head to the side of the indent and it holds up.
