    Part was described as new but when I received it the original Warn packaging was trashed and a new “box” had been wrapped and stapled around it. Item appeared to be a refurbished item and does not hook up exactly right. This should have been communicated better in the description-it defiantly was not “new”.

    Purchased a brand new console for $190.00. Poor packaging, came in damaged. Seller offered me $30 bucks. After a few emails offered $50. Horrible customer relations.
