Other owners report having similar issues to mine, but none he reported finding solutions outside of returning the litter box if it's under warrenty. Very nice to look at while always on the floor. These bowls are well made and what you can’t see in the pictures is the bottom design. They are made to set upright, but if there is some need for a “pets in a hotel” type situation I would trust these bowls to work just as well upside-down to avoid spilling damage.
