My local auto parts shop had only the donut gasket for the price of this hole kit. It is aftermarket, but it is good quality, is well shaped and welded. Screw holes fit with the original catalyst so it was a "direct fit". so complaint. Everything arrived organized and well packaged and all part were brand new and looking shining.
