Initially the item I had bought was out of stock, something in the computers made a mismatch and I am honestly glad it was messed up. The 2 speakers I ordered were originally black. Turns out they were out of stock for those. Ron from the Sound Cellar took the time to call me and let me know the situation, he let me change my order to a different veneer. I can say I couldn’t be happier when they came.

There was a power supply cord missing and a problem with optical port which was handled immediately. They sent me a replacement in less than 48 hours! Unit looked brand new and sound was perfect. The boxes arrived very well packaged and protected. The delivery company beat up one of the boxes pretty bad but the seller protects the equipment extremely well and everything was intact. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying again!!!! Bravo!

Supposedly XPO didn't deliver to my town and I would have to pick up my speakers about fifty miles away. When my speakers arrived I called XPO to arrange a pickup time and was told they could deliver to my door at no extra cost the next morning, which they did. The driver even called to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The Klipsch Forte's arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller
