I placed the leads of my multimeter on one sheet, and can confirm this material does conduct electricity. I measured roughly 5 ohms, across the longest dimension, diagonally across a square sheet. Specs in description promise a bunch of other remarkable properties, like withstanding high temps. Have not tested all this, but I suspect this stuff is truly what those specs say it is.
