    I purchased this necklace for my 19 year old daughter for Christmas. She wore it less than a week and the part where the necklace attaches broke. I noticed it was very thin when we received it. The pendant is very thin and sharp. This company doesn't accept returns. When I contacted the company about the O ring breaking and sent a photo, they said it didn't appear to be broken. I sent another picture and they said it was our fault. I would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.
