    Take it straight

    I found out about gaba through watching celebrity big brother season 2 and the Olympic athlete on there lolo Jones and TV superstar tamar Braxton were talking about have problems going to sleep and having pains. So lolo Jones gives tamar Braxton these gaba pills and she started going on and on about how amazing they were. I just had to see what they were talking about. If an Olympic athlete vouches for gaba then who am I to not at least try it out and I did. I loosened up the capsule and dumped it on my tongue and I IMMEDIATELY felt a rush the it calmed down and when I was sleepy I had no problems falling asleep and staying asleep. It also curbed my cravings for sweets. I highly recommend gaba.

    Love this product!

    I have noticed a definite improvement in my quality of sleep since I started taking this. I workout a lot and I noticed that I sleep deeper and my body has recovered more when I woke vs sleep when I don't use GABA. The most interesting thing to me is that this supplement doesn't knock you out, I don't feel sleepy although when I do sleep, it's good quality sleep.

    Definitely Good Stuff

    I find GABA to be one of my "go to" sanity survival nutrients for the strangely stressful times we now live in. Along with Theanine and some good Magnesium, it seems to help me feel smoother and more connected throughout the day, and provide good recuperative sleep at night.     great when coming off of anxiety medications
