I was able to check all functions I was looking for and was able to turn on and off specific solenoids, etc. Only downside is the cost I believe is really more than it is worth, but it works.

There was an issue with the vci firmware but the seller was extremely prompt and helpful fixing this issue. They sent me a new vci which completely fixed the problem. Customer service and support from the seller was first class and I am finding it a powerful diagnostic tool.
