    The item was exactly as described by the seller. The seller had it packed in bubble wrap and paper to keep it safe during shipment to me Unfortunately the postal service decided to stack heavier boxes on top of it and ended up crushing the top of the box and broke the dutch oven. I reported this to the post office. They apologized and said they would refund the seller her money back. I got my money refunded also. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
