Communication is good, usually responded within 24 hours. Shipping is something though, took the full 10 days for them to ship and was messaged from seller that it was to ensure the quality was good - which it was. However, once the item shipped, it only took a couple of days for item to arrive! Good seller, would absolutely buy from again!!
