      Never received the item had to get Paypal to refund me my money message the them several times ignored all messages never gave me any tracking information not sure if they're genuine or scam people as I don't understand how you can take over two weeks to send a first-class parcel avoid at all cost if you can

      We always aim to provide our customers with the highest possible customer service and resolve any issues promptly. The watch was dispatched to the buyer but did not get delivered, we received an “item not delivered” request, and on the same day we issued a full refund but the buyer still left negative feedback, very disappointed, meanwhile, we requested the courier company to investigate this matter but they told us it has most likely been lost in transit and we had to file for compensation.😔
