        Easy to take , but so far nothing !

        Don't feel any different , taste is good but really too sweet. Has not helped my sleep yet. Giving it a chance yet though.

        This product works.

        This is a good product, for a reasoble price. I did some glucose tests during an evaluation period and the results are a lot better than yacon and other capsules tried before. My evaluation period was for three months with the gluconite and similar periods for the other products.
