He asked me for a picture of my vacuum and told me the right one to order and he would let me return the wrong one i ordered. And he went beyond that and, based on why my vacuum was not working, walked me through how to fix my broken one. He deserves 10 stars not five.

I reached out to the seller and he told me he had shipped it flat rate but that there was a “delay” which was a lie. The irony is he used a cut up flat rate box as packing/cushioning.
