    The item was exactly as described. It arrived in a timely manner. The water pitcher is a beautiful shade of ruby, and will be used for our upcoming holiday dinners. The water pitcher was wrapped in a sheet of foam, and in bubble wrap. The seller then placed it in a box, and surrounded it with foam peanuts. The seller took great care in packing the pitcher in OK to make sure that it arrived in CT in excellent condition. I highly recommend the seller and will be buying from him/her again.
