If they didn't say "Made in West Germany" on the frames I would almost think they were actually new production seats. I was nervous to try to ship such a large item to America from Thailand but they were packaged very well and made it no problem, and in an impossibly short time. I ordered on 12/25 and they got to my house on 12/30. I'm not sure if I just got lucky but I didn't have to pay any customs duty either.
