    Perfect Phone

    This phone is perfect for making calls and texting ( I do not use the phone for internet at all). The keyboard is great. I am not a fan of touch screens so this phone suits me fine. There are never any accidental calls or texts sent to the wrong recipient. I've had two blackberrys in the past and they were both excellent as well. You can feel the quality just by holding it. Very solid feeling. If I was ever to loose this one, I would surely buy another blackberry bold...

    good phone but hard to operate without a guidebook

    phone works good but without the booklet to tell me how to work it ... it was complicated. Not a phone for people like me that don't understand complicated phones

    Just like new!

    Came quickly and was packed nicely with a charger (not the original, but it works!) I did have to order an additional battery since the one it came with would die at around 50% charge but the replacement battery was only ten bucks. So total for a like new phone was only 40 bucks! Great value and great condition. A little dusty in the cracks but it was easily cleaned. Amazing, I forgot how much I missed blackberry until now!

    Great Help on Customer Support

    I bought this for a gift.. I got at the begging a broken one. I emailed and called the number in the package and they very fast sent me a replace phone without they wait to get the broken one, they sent me the good one. In one moment I had two phones.     Much nicer than expected

    For a 7 year old phone that I bought for backup and memories. It came it the most new condition ever. Works great and simple just like a phone should. You'd be surprised how easily you stop caring about having a smart phone with this one in your hand.
