I give five stars for Seller Communication but still one star for Item Description as one of Seller s pictures seems to show one of the dents on the tumbler s bottom edge. If the tumbler wasn t dented prior to shipping, it s soft packaging did not protect it from shipping damage. I think this Seller is conscientious and wants its customers to be happy. The dent you are speaking of must have been under Wrapper and was not noticed I will say this Tumbler WAS purchased NEW.
