Mailboxes is spring loaded and closes on its own. I had to create a concrete slab as the existing mailbox was just driven into the grass lawn. The neighbors will definitely be jealous of this beauty. Highly recommended

The main components were undamaged, however, part of the hardware to assemble the engine stand were not present. Initial impression is that the stand is a durable quality for the price. Recommend the seller but I do not recommend FedEx as a shipper as the box was in horrible condition. We'll have to make a trip to the store to buy more hardware to put it together. Great seller
