    Very nice of the seller to issue a refund for this item even though I did not request it. I give five stars for Seller Communication but still one star for Item Description as one of Seller s pictures seems to show one of the dents on the tumbler s bottom edge. If the tumbler wasn t dented prior to shipping, it s soft packaging did not protect it from shipping damage. I think this Seller is conscientious and wants its customers to be happy. I would buy from this Seller again.

    So Sorry that it arrived damage. The dent you are speaking of must have been under Wrapper and was not noticed I will say this Tumbler WAS purchased NEW. It may have happen in Shipping. again So Sorry!

    Doesn't work!!!!!!!!

    We purchased one for my granddaughter for Easter from a local market, worked fine !!!!!!!! Thought this one would be the same. This one purchased on Ebay Doesn't Work!!!!!! used the batteries that came with it....didn't work!!!!!! put new batteries in it...didn't work!!!!!!
