This included some cosmetic damage as well as some functional damage (the elastics needed to keep tension in the headband were missing, these are known to break on these headphones). The seller made it right and I was able to replace the elastics and repaint the cosmetic damage. A great seller. I would recommend asking for some photos of the actual item you'll be purchasing if the condition is important to you.

I had trouble with customs and the seller was really helpful and responded fast. The unit i received was in better shape than the pictures, unfortunately the packing was insufficient and arrived with multiple damages, but it didn't affected the working condition, however after i sent some pictures of the damages to the seller he immediately suggested by himself a partial refund for repair the instrument! Nice! Overall recommended!
