Seller LIED about frame only having one Hanger (see attached instructions, clearly shows two saw-tooth hangers and two bumpers). Furthermore, after not responding to several emails he finally did, and said he was NOT GOING TO SEND THE MISSING PARTS, or offer a discount. His only remedy was to "allow" me to send the item back. This is something I can do without his permission, since the item qualifies as "not as described".
