    Thumb's Up for new NeilMed Sinus Rinse with Xylitol

    I've been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for years & decided to try their new product with Xylitol All Natural Antibacterial packs. I'm very happy with the results. I feel the new formulation is a more powerful rinse -- something I definitely need with the Spring allergy season upon us!
