    Nice lock but bike holder option defective!

    The lock's metal adapter that fits in the bike carrying option was out of spec and DEFECTIVE. It would not fit properly into the plastic carry holder without getting jammed. I could not use it. Wasted my time trying to struggle with it. I ended buying a bike rack to store/hold the lock. The lock itself seem to work fine. I paid extra for the option and could not use it. I would like to get a partial refund.
