    Dealing with this process of having to purchase first then send pictures of my car seats is a terrible way to do it. Purchased the item was then told they wouldn’t fit my car seats and was asked if I wanted a refund. Responded yes that would be best and then I’m contacted by a whole new person who ignored all other messages. And then get hit with a “ seeing that you haven’t replied yet we sent a small gift and we will get you a refund “ but haven’t got it yet so had to contact eBay.
