We discussed what might have happened, he looked around to see if he still had it somehow, he called back to let me know he didn't. Turns out the envelope had a rip in it, covered up by USPS paking tape, so either a mail accident or stolen. He refunded my money immediately...great communication, super fast shipping, fantastic customer service...you won't regret purchasing from him
