The seller gladly refunded the sale, without any issue. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Packaging was correct, the item was nearly as described, however it really was too noisy to be useable without serious repairs which wasn't mentioned and perhaps the seller was unaware. The shipping was very prompt and again the seller refunded, so I would only be happier if it had worked ok.
