    I asked for a return hours after it was delivered when I realized I had ordered an incorrect, unneeded item. Did not use the product AT ALL. R my request with no reason given, eBay AI says that means the case is completely closed and can’t dispute it. I am out $70. I don’t leave negative reviews as a rule but this is ridiculous. Other buyers should be aware. This is not someone to buy from.

    I think you did not get our response because in all our listings we have a no return policy. We are a non profit and resell donated goods a less than retail. I get people make mistakes. Which one do you need maybe we could exchange it. As good faith we would take this one back if you want to ship it to us. Once we receive it we will issue a refund.
