      I determined that the mixer was not really in working order but producing noise. The seller gladly refunded the sale, without any issue. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Packaging was correct, the item was nearly as described, however it really was too noisy to be useable without serious repairs which wasn't mentioned and perhaps the seller was unaware. The shipping was very prompt and again the seller refunded, so I would only be happier if it had worked ok.

      long time user of Kodak products

      I have used Kodak products (cameras and printers) since I retired. I did recently tried a HP printer and it was too expensive for ink and so slow. Since I print out newsletters for the community I live in, it is important to me to have a decent print speed. So the new HP printer is sitting on the table ready to donate to someone and I am back to Kodak. This one is probably my 5th printer since 1998. I print out hundreds of photos each year - it's my hobby.

      Nice inkjet if you get it new

      Kodak will set it up for you; otherwise it's time-consuming to figure out.. My experience with other ESP 7s is that they last 2-3 years and then you throw it out. Used ones are always available, so if you are stuck with Kodak ink cartridges, buy another used one. BTW, if you need a new print head, Kodak will send you one at no cost. I don't know if other manufacturers do this, but a genuine Kodak printhead goes for around $18 on eBay.

      Frustrated

      I have tried everything to get this printer to hook up to my computer but have not found anything that works yet. I bought ink for it and did get a test page printed and seems to work ok but will not connect to my computer. I have windows ten any help would be appreciated.

      I have not been able to connect it to my computer the CD disk does not have the drivers

      The CD disk does not have the drivers and will have to go online to Kodak to download them when I get a chance.
