The actual plants are not ever 4 inches tall. I contacted the seller to express my discontent and to determine a solution - no response. I did contact the Seller for assurance that the product that I ordered was indeed the bulbs that I ordered due to the product was not labeled. In addition, I requested some help with planting instructions since this was my first time planting bare root plants. The Seller was very helpful in providing the information that I needed.
