It came in the mail tightly bubble wrapped and in used original 3DS LL packaging. There are no visible scuffs on either of the outer shells unless looking very closely with a big light source. The inside screens are practically new, I dont see any scratches and it even came with a bottom screen protector installed. Stylus was switched to the metal extendable stylus LL size.

The entire device was near pristine apart from some light scratches on the face plates. Which is to be expected. I’ve bought two used ones from GameStop prior to buying this one and the conditions are not even close! I’m very happy with my purchase! Great communication. If you are unsure of what you’re buying, the seller is more than happy to send you photos of it!

Came fully wrapped with lots of bubble wrap for the console and the charger. There's virtually no markings, scratches or yellowing on screens or plastic. Mine came with both TN screens but I'm not complaining. It was a little expensive but well worth it for what I got. Seller was polite and concise and easy to talk with. Overall very positive experience and would highly recommend.
